Back on Nymex Monday, October gasoline RBV5, -0.22% fell 4.7 cents or 3.4%, to $1.349 a gallon, while October heating oil HOV5, +0.04% lost 4.5 cents, or 3%, to $1.478 a gallon. The October contracts expire Wednesday.On its expiration day, October natural gas NGV15, -0.12% ended nearly unchanged at $2.563 per million British thermal units. November became the front-month contract at the settlement. November natural gas NGX15, +0.04% rose 3.9 cents, or 1.5%, to $2.67.
