Health Management International (HMI) has appointed Chin Wei Jia as Group Chief Executive Officer.
Chin is the daughter of executive chairman and managing director, Gan See Khem, and substantial shareholder Chin Koy Nam. The new CEO was previously the CEO of Regency Specialist Hospital, a hospital under HMI.
Chin has a direct interest in 4.7 million shares of the company.
HMI is trading at 25.5 cents.
