Frasers Property Australia, a division of Frasers Centrepoint Limited, says it closed A$229 million ($236 million) worth of sales at the launch of DUO, its residential development in Sydney.
Frasers Property and joint venture partner Sekisui House launched DUO to the Australian market last week, putting on sale were one-bedroom suites from A$625,000, one bedroom apartments from A$700,000, two-bedroom apartments from A$1,180,000 and three-bedroom dual-key apartments from A$1,930,000.
“Apartments were snapped up across the full spectrum of the residential offering. One-bedroom suites, one-bedroom + study apartments and two-bedroom apartments were purchased by a mix of owner occupiers and investors,” says Paul Lowe, Frasers Property Sales and Marketing Director. “We also experienced strong sales and interest for the three-bedroom dual-key apartments in DUO which were offered for the first time ever at Central Park.”
Frasers Centrepoint Limited closed 1.8% higher at $1.69.
