Gasoline Market Update : Epic Research Singapore

Gasoline supplies fell by 2.5 million barrels, while distillate stockpiles edged down by 1.1 million barrels last week, according to the EIA. Platts’s survey showed forecasts for declines of 2.1 million for gasoline and 300,000 barrels for distillates, which include heating oil.

On Nymex, April gasoline RBJ6, -0.85%  shed 1.7 cents, or 1.2%, to $1.436 a gallon, while April heating oil HOJ6, -0.43%  added less than half a cent to $1.16 a gallon.

May natural gas NGK16, -0.20%  rose 1.5 cents, or 0.8%, at $1.996 per million British thermal units on its first full day as a front-month contract. The EIA will issue its weekly update on natural-gas supplies Thursday.
