May copper HGK6, -0.57% fell 2.4 cents, or 1.1%, to settle at $2.19 a pound, July platinum PLN6, +0.02% shed 80 cents, or 0.1%, to close at $966.20 an ounce, while June palladium PAM6, -0.29% finished $6.85, or 1.2%, lower to $566.35 an ounce.
