Xyec Holdings, the Japanese provider of integrated engineering and IT services, is to be taken private by its controlling shareholder Mamezou Holdings.
Mamezou, which is listed in Tokyo, currently owns 59.92% of Xyec.
It is offering 30 cents per share for all Xyec shares that it does not own.
This is 50% higher than Xyec's last traded price of 20 cents on March 22.
Mamezou plans to merge with Xyec six months of the completion of the offer.
