Yanlord Land Group has acquired two land parcels for RMB1.97 billion ($412.7 million).
The sites are located in Haihe Academic Park, with a total GFA of 262,100 square metres.
They have plot ratios between 1.3 and 1.4 times, and are being developed into an education district by the Tianjin government.
This is Yanlord’s fourth project in Tianjin, China.
“Tianjin’s rapid pace of development presents significant potential for the development of prime international communities that will contribute to our future growth,” says Yanlord’s chairman and CEO Zhong Sheng Jian.
Yanlord ended 1.2% higher at $1.27 on Friday.
