Global Logistic Properties has signed new leases of 98,000 sq m with four companies in China. Three of the leases were from new customers.
The China-based companies include logistics provider Deppon Logistics, which is GLP’s third largest customer by leased area, and supermarket chain Yonghui Superstores.
Kent Yang, president of GLP China, says sales of consumer goods have driven the demand for GLP’s services in the market.
GLP ended 2.3% lower at $1.94 on Tuesday.
