On Nymex, August gasoline RBQ6, +0.18% lost 1.2 cents, or 0.9%, to $1.364 a gallon, while August heating oil HOQ6, +0.27% added 2.1 cents, or 1.5%, to $1.405 a gallon.August natural gas NGQ16, -0.45% ended at $2.658 per million British thermal units, down 7 cents, or 2.6%.
