Charisma Energy Services says it completed the proposed acquisition of 50% of the issued and paid up share capital of Grenzone, a solar energy company, on Feb 19.
Pursuant to the completion, the issued shares of Charisma has increased to 13.01 billion shares from 12.8 billion shares previously.
Shares of Charisma ended flat at 1.1 cents on Feb 19.
