Forex Market Update : Epic Research Singapore

The ICE dollar index DXY -0.05%  , which pits the dollar against six other currencies, fell to 80.563 versus 80.784 late Wednesday. The WSJ Dollar Index XX:BUXX +0.04%  , which measures the greenback against a broader basket of rivals, fell to 73.11 from 73.36.

The Australian dollar AUDUSD -0.09%   rose to 94.27 U.S. cents from 93.84 U.S. cents. The number of employed Australians declined by 4,800 in May, missing expectations of an increase. The unemployment rate held at 5.8%.
